Bootcamp style classes for adults (18+ years of age)

Bootcamp style workouts. The purpose is to not just reach your goal of weight loss/muscle gain but it is to give the confidence within your own body. The use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes and medicine balls will all be used. This is a small group class consisting of no more than three people.
